Our core value is rethinking on how we view plastic waste and how it relates with our environment, community and what sort of impact it brings when properly managed.
This is by looking at how many jobs have been created within the whole ecosystem of recycling and how many families have food on their table from recycling plastic waste. We strive to enhance environmental awareness to maximize community participation in material reduction,reuse and recovery programs and services.
Other values we seek to adhere to is honesty and excellence to bring out the best in each other without ego, Our collective knowledge and willingness to question is our strength.

Our Impact
With our management of waste plastic we have managed to create a number of job opportunities both directly and indirectly in the value chain. From waste pickers, scrap dealers to factory workers, jobs have been created rather than sending waste into landfills.
We focus in building women entrepreneurship to empower them to make decisions about resources that can increase household income. Having women entrepreneurs can lead to increased investment in education, nutrition and health.
With 100 percent of our suppliers being women, this has led into the growth of our business due to the fact that women bring a unique perspective and strength into the business.
